I came to this clinic in September with one clear goal: to fix the bald spot on my crown. Instead, they ignored that and stuffed my forehead with grafts I didn’t even ask for, lowering the hairline way too much — even though my front hair was totally fine.
They barely transplanted anything to the actual problem area. I told the doctor right after the surgery: “This is not what I came here for.” His reply? “Wait 8 months.”
Well, 8 months passed — and nothing grew on the crown. Zero result.
When I asked for a correction under their “guarantee”, they simply refused. So much for their “warranty” — it means absolutely nothing.
During surgery, the windows were wide open, it was hot and dusty, and my grafts were left in the open air next to a road — total lack of hygiene.
This is not a clinic — it’s a scam operation run by careless frauds.
DO NOT GO THERE. You’ll lose your money, get no results, and possibly risk your health too.
Je me suis rendue dans cette clinique en septembre avec un objectif clair : réparer la calvitie de ma couronne. Au lieu de cela, ils n’en ont pas tenu compte et ont rempli mon front de greffons que je n’avais même pas demandés, abaissant ainsi beaucoup trop la ligne de démarcation des cheveux – même si mes cheveux de devant étaient tout à fait corrects.
Ils n’ont pratiquement rien greffé dans la zone qui posait problème. Je l’ai dit au médecin juste après l’opération : « Je ne suis pas venue pour ça. » Sa réponse ? « Attendez 8 mois. »
Eh bien, 8 mois se sont écoulés – et rien n’a poussé sur la couronne. Aucun résultat.
Lorsque j’ai demandé une correction au titre de leur « garantie », ils ont tout simplement refusé. Voilà pour leur « garantie » – elle ne signifie absolument rien.
Pendant l’opération, les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes, il faisait chaud et poussiéreux, et mes greffons ont été laissés à l’air libre près d’une route – manque total d’hygiène.
Ce n’est pas une clinique, c’est une escroquerie gérée par des fraudeurs négligents.
