Was a bit nervous in the morning, but they gave me a warm welcome and a super friendly chat that calmed me right down. The whole team during the treatment was all about making sure I was comfy and had everything I needed. They explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. Didn’t hurt a bit, and I really dug the chill, almost homey vibe they got going on there. So far, totally loving the results and can’t wait to show off my new hair. Will keep ya posted!
