Because of the distance an in-person consultation was not possible for me. However, the clinic responded quickly to all questions. A call with a consultant was possible. I was informed of all risks and all questions were answered. The clinic communicated via Whatsapp and E-Mail.

The after care service was great. I was able to have a digital consultation with the medical staff after a few month of my hair transplant. I was very happy that the first hair wash after my hair transplant was performed by the staff of the clinic.
