Me and my brother’s hair stories started around 2018. I’m one of 3 brothers who have the misfortune of having a BALD Dad 🙂
My first brother decided against going to Turkey – he went to KSL in the UK and paid £6k for 2000 grafts. His work was ok, but for that money, I’d expect better than ok – clearly, he needed more grafts which put us off using a UK company. We thought the UK wasn’t a viable option for us. At that point, my other brother wanted/needed to go but I felt the time wasn’t right for me then so having followed HOI for around 12-18 months on Instagram I said to my Brother Dan that he should choose this company and that when I eventually go for my procedure it will be with HOI also.
He went in 2020 to HOI and had his procedure and his results were insane. Everything he had told me about the company was everything I felt I already knew just by getting the information daily through their posts and stories on Instagram.
After chatting through WhatsApp I visited HOI in December 2021 together with my best friend and we both had the procedures on the same day. My friend just had a hair transplant whereas I had my head and beard transplanted. I had a total of 6450 grafts – 4800 for my head and 1650 for my beard.
The price you are quoted is an all-inclusive price which other than your flight tickets which you will need to book separately, everything else is included (transport, hotel, etc).
I cannot stress enough how good and how well taken care of you are in their care. I knew they were good, I didn’t realise they were/are that good! I’m talking about EVERY single member of staff – everyone has a role in making the company a success. From the minute you touch down in the airport you are in their care and any stress or worries are taken away from you. Everything until the moment they drop you back at the airport is perfectly organised which ensures you have the best possible experience.
They picked us up from Istanbul airport and we were then taken to our 5* accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Florya. They have a staff member to help out at the hotel who I swear just stays there 24/7. The hotel staff are amazing and very accustomed to having guests who are staying following their procedures.
The staff at the hospital/clinic are always amazing. They arrange pick-up and drop-off in a private van each day you are there, and there is always someone to meet and escort you to where you need to go (who can speak your language!). The medical staff are also top-notch; the doctors, nurses, and everyone is truly amazing and very accommodating. Very, very skilled at what they do! The doctors make sure you are extremely comfortable during the procedure – you will be in very capable hands. I promise you this is a PAIN-FREE procedure. This is coming from someone who hates injections and doesn’t have tattoos but I managed 8/9 hours in surgery! So if I can manage it, you can!
I could keep going on and even up to this point, I haven’t even discussed our results. We are beyond delighted. They have exceeded our expectations throughout the process. I welcome you to check our insta images!
HOI ooze class. Everything about this company is class! Their hospitality and professionalism are ANOTHER LEVEL. I truly believe that HOI is one of the best companies in the world in their field of work.

Las historias capilares mías y de mi hermano empezaron allá por el 2018. Soy uno de los 3 hermanos que tienen la desgracia de tener un papá CALVO 🙂

Pensamos que el Reino Unido no era una opción viable para nosotros. En ese momento, mi otro hermano quería / necesitaba ir, pero sentí que no era el momento adecuado para mí entonces, así que después de haber seguido HOI durante unos 12-18 meses en Instagram le dije a mi hermano Dan que él debe elegir esta empresa y que cuando finalmente voy para mi procedimiento será con HOI también.
Fue en 2020 a HOI y tuvo su procedimiento y sus resultados fueron una locura. Todo lo que me había dicho acerca de la empresa era todo lo que yo sentía que ya sabía con sólo obtener la información diaria a través de sus mensajes e historias en Instagram.

A mi amigo solo le trasplantaron el pelo, mientras que a mí me trasplantaron la cabeza y la barba. Me hicieron un total de 6450 injertos – 4800 para la cabeza y 1650 para la barba.
El precio que le han indicado es un precio con todo incluido, es decir, aparte de los billetes de avión, que tendrá que reservar por separado, todo lo demás está incluido (transporte, hotel, etc.).
No me canso de repetir lo bien que te atienden. Sabía que eran buenos, pero no sabía que lo fueran tanto. Me refiero a TODOS y cada uno de los miembros del personal: todos desempeñan un papel en el éxito de la empresa. Desde el momento en que aterrizas en el aeropuerto estás a su cuidado y te quitan cualquier estrés o preocupación. Todo está perfectamente organizado hasta el momento en que te dejan de vuelta en el aeropuerto, lo que garantiza que tengas la mejor experiencia posible.
Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto de Estambul y nos llevaron a nuestro alojamiento de 5* en el Crowne Plaza Florya. Tienen un miembro del personal para ayudar en el hotel que juraría que se queda allí las 24 horas del día. El personal del hotel es increíble y está muy acostumbrado a tener huéspedes que se alojan siguiendo sus procedimientos.
El personal del hospital/clínica siempre es increíble. Se encargan de que te recojan y te lleven en una furgoneta privada todos los días que estás allí, y siempre hay alguien que te recoge y te acompaña a donde necesites ir (¡y que habla tu idioma!). El personal médico también es de primera categoría; los médicos, las enfermeras y todo el mundo es realmente increíble y muy servicial. Son muy, muy expertos en lo que hacen. Los médicos se aseguran de que se sienta muy cómodo durante el procedimiento – usted estará en manos muy capaces. Te prometo que este es un procedimiento SIN DOLOR. Te lo dice alguien que odia las inyecciones y no tiene tatuajes, ¡pero yo aguanté 8/9 horas en el quirófano! Así que si yo puedo hacerlo, ¡usted puede!
Podría seguir e incluso hasta este punto, ni siquiera he hablado de nuestros resultados. Estamos más que encantados. Han superado nuestras expectativas durante todo el proceso. ¡Os invito a ver nuestras imágenes de insta!
HOI rezuma clase. ¡Todo en esta empresa es clase! Su hospitalidad y profesionalidad son OTRO NIVEL. Realmente creo que HOI es una de las mejores empresas del mundo en su campo de trabajo.
