The number of grafts is appropriate in relation to age and hair loss degree. As the donor area of a patient is limited it is always advisable to use as few grafts as possible in order to have graft resources for further surgeries. The donor can't be finally assessed as photos of the donor are missing.

The design of the hair line is appropriate and natural for the patient’s age. A natural hair line has dominantly single grafts as in this case. The photos are sufficient for a final assessment of the hair line aesthetic and design.

The FUE Method is appropriate for the hair loss degree. To increase the possibilities of a successful, lasting result it is necessary to take hair loss medication like minoxidil and finasteride. However, the patient is apparently not treating its hair loss with medication.

In the present case the patient seems to have a natural and full density. The transition between the transplanted hair and native hair is smooth and not visible. In order to achieve a natural density 30+ grafts per cm² need to be transplanted. In the hair line even more grafts need to be implanted. In the present case the grafts per cm² are sufficient.

Because of the distance an in-person consultation was not possible. However, the clinic responded quickly to all questions. A call with a consultant was possible. The patient was informed of all risks and all questions were answered. The clinic communicated via Whatsapp and E-Mail.

After Care & Recovery

A post-consultation and evaluation of the result was done the day after the surgery and the recipient area was slightly red for the first 3 weeks post-treatment.
