The clinic chose an appropriate graft number considering the age and the hair loss degree of the patient. The donor area appears to be natural with no sign of harvesting and the available photos are suffi-cient for a final assessment of the donor area.

The design of the hair line is appropriate and natural for the patient’s age and a natural hair line has dominantly single grafts as in this case.

Treatment & Method Appropriateness

The FUE method is optimal for smaller graft numbers and has the advantage that no large scar is created as with the FUT method. In the present case it seemed to be that the FUE method is suitable. To increase the possibilities of a successful, lasting result it is necessary to take hair loss medication like minoxidil and finasteride. However, the patient is apparently not treat-ing its hair loss with medication.

In the present case the patient seems to have a natural and full density and the transplanted grafts per cm² is appropriate. The overall density was not improved by hair loss medication like Finasteride and Minoxidil.

Doctor Involvement

The hair surgeon conducts the pre- and post-consultation as well as the extraction of the grafts. He also does the opening of the channels in the recipient area. Insertion of the hair follicles are done by technicians. This normally ensures consistent and reliable results.

Because of the distance an in-person consultation was not possible for me. I was informed of all risks and all questions were answered. The clinic communicated via Whatsapp and E-Mail. However, the clinic responded quickly to all my questions about the hair transplantation. Even a video-call with the doctor and consultant was possible.

My surgery proceeded without any complications and the staff was always friendly to me and took great care. Furthermore the standards for hygiene are very high.

After Care & Recovery

The after Care service was great. I was able to have a digital consultation with the medical staff after a few month of my hair transplant. After 2 weeks of my hair transplant the donor area was fully healed.
