Terrible experience with Murat hair clinic. An unhygienic hair mill. My donor area has been completely over harvested, their hygiene and care during the procedure is shocking, they really don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Booked my procedure from the UK and the service on WhatsApp beforehand was fine, no complaints. Answered my questions and so I paid my deposit and flew out.
On the day of the procedure myself and four others were put in a waiting room and each told to fill out a form, basically stating that they won’t take any responsibility for anything if the results aren’t as expected. Fine, I’m aware of the risks and proceeded to the operating room. Then when it came to the consultation they didn’t mention anything about how many grafts they would expect to extract or how long the procedure should take. Just drew my hairline using freehand, no lasers or any other measuring equipment for symmetry. They began with the procedure and ended up extracting 6k grafts!! All in one sitting which is a complete no no! Firstly I was only a diffused thinner and by no means completely bald. I probably needed around 2-3k grafts max. Secondly due to extracting such a large amount and with the procedure lasting almost 12hrs straight, this has definitely caused over harvesting and now 4months post-op my donor area is still so thin and patchy and still has bumps and scars. I don’t believe they followed appropriate hygiene protocols and could smell cigarettes on some of the technicians as they went and came from smoke breaks. They made me eat my lunch (I’m sure better food is served in prisons) on the same chair I was being operated on. I could feel the technicians breathe on my open wounds on my scalp as they were operating, they had face masks but these were just dangling from their ears and not actually covering their nose or mouth. Nobody was assessing the extracted hair grafts under a microscope to ensure they were inserted in the correct direction and to ensure double grafts weren’t being out in the hairline. I have multiple double and triple hair grafts on my hairline which is something that should be avoided if you want a natural looking hairline. I would avoid this clinic at all costs. I’m sure there are some decent clinics in Turkey so do your research but this is not one of them. They cut corners and will extract as much as they can from your head because their philosophy is more is better and give no regard to the consequences that you’ll have to deal with afterwards.

Terribile esperienza con la clinica dei capelli Murat. Una fabbrica di capelli poco igienica. La mia area donatrice è stata completamente strappata, la loro igiene e cura durante la procedura è scioccante, non hanno la minima idea di cosa stiano facendo. Ho prenotato la mia procedura dal Regno Unito e il servizio su WhatsApp è stato ottimo, nessuna lamentela. Hanno risposto alle mie domande e quindi ho pagato il mio deposito e sono partito.
Il giorno dell’intervento io e altre quattro persone siamo state messe in una sala d’attesa e a ognuna è stato detto di compilare un modulo in cui si dichiarava che non si sarebbero assunti alcuna responsabilità se i risultati non fossero stati quelli attesi. Bene, sono consapevole dei rischi e mi sono recata in sala operatoria. Poi, al momento del consulto, non mi hanno detto nulla sul numero di innesti che avrebbero dovuto estrarre o sulla durata dell’intervento. Mi hanno solo disegnato l’attaccatura dei capelli a mano libera, senza laser o altri strumenti di misurazione della simmetria. Hanno iniziato la procedura e hanno finito per estrarre 6k grafts!!! Tutto in una sola seduta, il che è un no assoluto! In primo luogo, ero solo un diradamento diffuso e non ero affatto completamente calvo. Probabilmente avevo bisogno di circa 2-3k innesti al massimo. In secondo luogo, l’estrazione di una quantità così grande e la durata dell’intervento di quasi 12 ore di fila hanno causato un prelievo eccessivo e ora, a 4 mesi dall’intervento, la mia area donatrice è ancora così sottile e a chiazze e presenta ancora protuberanze e cicatrici. Non credo che abbiano seguito protocolli igienici appropriati e si sentiva l’odore di sigaretta su alcuni dei tecnici mentre andavano e tornavano dalle pause sigaretta. Mi hanno fatto mangiare il pranzo (sono sicura che nelle carceri si mangia meglio) sulla stessa sedia su cui venivo operata. Sentivo i tecnici respirare sulle ferite aperte sul cuoio capelluto mentre operavano, avevano delle mascherine ma penzolavano dalle orecchie e non coprivano il naso o la bocca. Nessuno valutava al microscopio gli innesti di capelli estratti per assicurarsi che fossero inseriti nella direzione corretta e che gli innesti doppi non uscissero dall’attaccatura dei capelli. Ho innesti multipli doppi e tripli all’attaccatura dei capelli, cosa che dovrebbe essere evitata se si vuole un’attaccatura dall’aspetto naturale. Eviterei questa clinica a tutti i costi. Sono sicuro che ci sono alcune cliniche decenti in Turchia, quindi fate le vostre ricerche, ma questa non è una di quelle. Tagliano le curve e ti estraggono quanto più possibile dalla testa perché la loro filosofia è che di più è meglio e non tengono conto delle conseguenze che dovrai affrontare in seguito.
