I thought I’d write a short description about my phenomenal hair transplant journey to Istanbul.
I had been considering a hair transplant for a long time, and after hearing about several acquaintances from Sweden who were satisfied with IdealofMed, the choice felt obvious. The clinic is run by Swedish investors, and it felt reassuring to know that other Swedes, as well as well-known individuals, had undergone their treatments here.
When I booked the standard package, I knew that everything would be included – hotel, transportation, the operation itself, aftercare treatments, post-operative care products, and consultations both before and after the procedure. From the very first meetings with the doctors, I felt safe and confident.
They are certified both in Turkey and the USA (by ISHRS), and they explained every step of the procedure in a way that made me feel secure.
My stay at the clinic felt smooth and well-organized. The facilities were modern and clean, and the staff were incredibly professional. The fact that there was Nordic staff on-site made me feel even more comfortable and able to ask questions without any issues.
The operation itself went better than expected. I was carefully guided through every step – from the extraction of hair follicles to the implantation. The discomfort was minimal, and I felt that every detail was carried out with precision and care.
During the first few weeks after the operation, I was careful with my scalp, which became slightly red and had small scabs. The pain was minimal and easy to manage with the guidance I received from the clinic. After a few weeks, the scabs began to fall off, the redness decreased, and my scalp felt calmer.
During the first few months, I lost some of the transplanted hairs, which I had already expected. But after about two months, new hair started to grow, and it was incredibly exciting to see the first small strands appear. Week by week, the transformation became more noticeable. By three to four months, I began to feel that the hair was filling in areas that had previously been thin, and by six months, it really started to look natural.
Now, nine months later, I am extremely satisfied with the result. The hair density is good, the hair grows in a natural direction, and it even covers areas that I previously thought would be difficult to fill in. The result looks natural and balanced, and even though full maturity normally occurs around twelve months, it already feels very stable and strong.
Going through this process has been both exciting and educational. From the consultations to the operation and recovery, I have felt well taken care of every step of the way. Ho pensato di scrivere una breve descrizione della mia straordinaria esperienza di trapianto di capelli a Istanbul.
Era da molto tempo che pensavo a un trapianto di capelli e, dopo aver sentito parlare di diversi conoscenti svedesi che erano rimasti soddisfatti di IdealofMed, la scelta mi è sembrata ovvia. La clinica è gestita da investitori svedesi e mi ha rassicurato sapere che altri svedesi, oltre a personaggi famosi, si erano sottoposti ai trattamenti proprio qui.
Quando ho prenotato il pacchetto standard, sapevo che tutto sarebbe stato incluso: hotel, trasporto, l’intervento stesso, trattamenti post-operatori, prodotti per la cura post-operatoria e consulenze sia prima che dopo la procedura. Fin dai primi incontri con i medici, mi sono sentito al sicuro e fiducioso.
Sono certificati sia in Turchia che negli Stati Uniti (dall’ISHRS) e mi hanno spiegato ogni fase della procedura in modo da farmi sentire al sicuro.
Il mio soggiorno in clinica è stato tranquillo e ben organizzato. Le strutture erano moderne e pulite e il personale incredibilmente professionale. Il fatto che ci fosse personale nordico in loco mi ha fatto sentire ancora più a mio agio e mi ha permesso di porre domande senza alcun problema.
L’intervento stesso è andato meglio del previsto. Sono stato guidato con attenzione in ogni fase, dall’estrazione dei follicoli piliferi all’impianto. Il disagio è stato minimo e ho avuto la sensazione che ogni dettaglio fosse stato eseguito con precisione e cura.
Durante le prime settimane dopo l’intervento, ho avuto cura del mio cuoio capelluto, che era leggermente arrossato e presentava piccole crosticine. Il dolore era minimo e facile da gestire grazie alle indicazioni ricevute dalla clinica. Dopo alcune settimane, le crosticine hanno iniziato a staccarsi, l’arrossamento è diminuito e il mio cuoio capelluto si è calmato.
Durante i primi mesi ho perso alcuni dei capelli trapiantati, cosa che mi aspettavo. Ma dopo circa due mesi hanno cominciato a crescere nuovi capelli ed è stato incredibilmente emozionante vedere apparire le prime piccole ciocche. Settimana dopo settimana, la trasformazione è diventata più evidente. Dopo tre o quattro mesi, ho iniziato a sentire che i capelli stavano riempiendo le zone che prima erano diradate e, dopo sei mesi, l’aspetto era davvero naturale.
Ora, nove mesi dopo, sono estremamente soddisfatto del risultato. La densità dei capelli è buona, i capelli crescono in una direzione naturale e coprono persino le zone che prima pensavo sarebbero state difficili da riempire. Il risultato appare naturale ed equilibrato e, anche se la piena maturità si raggiunge normalmente intorno ai dodici mesi, mi sembra già molto stabile e forte.
Affrontare questo processo è stato emozionante e istruttivo. Dalle visite all’intervento e al recupero, mi sono sentito ben assistito in ogni fase del percorso. La combinazione di medici esperti, personale professionale e strutture moderne mi porta a raccomandare vivamente IdealofMed a chiunque stia valutando un trapianto di capelli.
