Lousy after care. No respect towards their customer when they have been made guilty of bad procedure. Once you’ve made a complaint they go missing and refuse tor reply. They seem very concerned about their image and getting paid. Once you’ve paid, the service is terrible and they seem to have no interest in you anymore. Their consultants are unprofessional and the procedure is done in a hurry with no concern about your well-being. I politely made a request while they made the procedure, due to pain, and they were rude and gave me more pain medication resulting in over-harvesting. Their 18 month guarantee is of no use, as they seem to prolong the situation until the warranty is up. Only the medical consultant prior to your procedure seemed to be a professional, but they let someone else do the actual procedure. My advice is to go to a more professional clinic and pay the extra cost, instead of have scars (as I do) and still gaps of no hair.
