I’m really pleased with my decision to address my thinning hair. Starting with PRP treatments was a good move, but it was my discussions with Dr. C that opened up new possibilities. He suggested NeoGraft, explaining it in detail and patiently answering all my queries. A year after undergoing the NeoGraft procedure, I’m extremely satisfied with how things turned out. I recently had a visit with Dr. Cappuccino to talk about filling in a small bald spot at the front of my head. I’ve already gone through two hair transplants before – the first one was a disaster, leaving me with a strip scar, and while the second one did a decent job covering the scar, I wasn’t fully satisfied with how the front looked. When I met with Dr. Cappuccino, instead of just agreeing to do another procedure that would cost me thousands, he gave me some real talk. He said, “sometimes we are our own worst critics,” and honestly told me that I looked fine. He even got a second opinion to confirm that there wasn’t much else to be done. This meant the world to me. It’s rare to find someone who prioritizes your interests over making money. Dr. Cappuccino is truly a stand-up guy, and I couldn’t appreciate his honesty more.
