The only positive thing I can say about estaNove was the hotel and transport.
The day of the surgery when the doctor drew my hairline, they take you to the surgery room and that’s the last you see of the doctor. My hairline is noticeably higher on one side than it is the other, while the technicians are planting the hair they are singing and laughing to music playing on their phones?? One technician done the top of my head then left the room and another done my temples where this is noticeably less hair, I can count the amount of hair on my temples. They just rent a room in a hospital it’s not theirs. All reviews you see here are from people who just had the surgery done, they ask you too write a review while your still there, That’s like reviewing a movie before you’ve watched it??? After the surgery they try pressure you into buying about €500 worth of hair shampoo and Vitimans, all of which can be bought at your local pharmacy for about €40. They give you a 1 year guarantee after the surgery, I haven’t contacted Estanove about this I don’t even want them to fix the mess they made of my hair. I can’t imagine they’d be paying for flight/accommodation to fix it. Scam clinic avoid !!!
