I can’t express how pleased I am with this place!!! It’s been one week since my FUT procedure, and everything is going exactly as they explained to me. Knowing what to expect and having answers readily available for any concerns was very reassuring. Even though I was extremely nervous about this type of intervention, the entire process has been a positive experience. The service was outstanding right from the start. I contacted multiple transplant services, and Jose (the office manager/director) was the most knowledgeable and informative by far. He was always available to answer questions, regardless of the time or day, even before I decided to choose them for my procedure and especially after. Living over 500 miles away, I had many concerns about the procedure, follow-up, and expectations. One of my main concerns was the cost in relation to the number of grafts, which was explained to me thoroughly. I had 3500+ grafts done at a cost lower than what I was going to pay for significantly fewer grafts with a local doctor. Another concern was the number of hairs being moved during the procedure (not just grafts). I was pleased to find out that Dr. Botta never splits grafts to reach the number. For example, in my case, they moved >8000 hairs. From the moment I arrived at their office, I was treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Botta was attentive throughout the entire process. He was highly professional but also made the experience very personal. Since returning home, the office has maintained constant contact with me. I have no doubt that choosing this office was the absolute right decision for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing hair loss!!!
