Having called Hair Growth Clinic 39 Deansgate, Manchester to discuss a hair procedure. I had a WhatsApp call back from your employee called Piu and I told her I had been recommended by a friend who had done a procedure in December. She proceeded to check this on the computer and told me yes that’s right. We ca give you a discount fee. I was charged a fee plus extra for a PRP injection.
Having then spoke to my friend about the discount fee he advised that I had booked with the wrong company it was another company operating out of the same building but on floor 2 that I should have booked with. I cancelled my booking on e-mail the next day and called the clinic on the Monday to explain what had happened. I received a call back from Piu and I discussed that I wanted to go with the other company on floor 2 in the same building. She said I could have a refund and just to e-mail them again and explain what happened.
This is where this company shows it’s true colours as they refuse to refund me. This is not the way to do business and try and keep money that you have obtained by misleading me. You took nearly three weeks to reply to my last e-mail.
This needs sorting properly and urgently otherwise I will have no option but to report this to the GMC.
