After visiting a different cosmetic surgeon for hair transplantation and feeling uneasy about their methods, I found New Hair Institute (NHI) and met with Dr. Rassman. The moment I entered their office/surgical center, I felt like a VIP and instantly knew I’d made the right choice. Dr. Rassman’s approachable manner, thorough responses to my questions, and impressive credentials confirmed my decision. I chose the FUE treatment, performed by Dr. Rassman’s partner, Dr. Pak, with assistance from Carolyn and Iris, who were outstanding. The entire experience, including the procedure and recovery, was exactly as Dr. Rassman and Dr. Pak described. While the final results will take some time, I’m confident in Dr. Pak’s expertise. I’m grateful to the entire NHI team – Asia, Paul, Leila, Emma, Iris, Carolyn, and especially to Tram for the great haircut on the day of my procedure. Dr. Pak and Dr. Rassman have been fantastic. My only regret is not doing this sooner. For anyone considering hair replacement, I highly recommend visiting NHI – you won’t be disappointed.
