Improvement needed on aftercare services

I was quite nervous going into the consultation given that this was my first time but the doctor who worked with me assured me that I was in good hands and stuck by his word. I do feel that there is a need for a few improvements to be made with the aftercare.

Crushed self esteem now restored

Being a 34-year-old man experiencing severe hair loss, crushed my self-esteem especially since my peers still had their hair intact. I was impressed with how the surgeon used 2900 grafts from the back of my head considering that it did not look dense enough. I am glad I no longer have a visibly bald spot and my hairline has been restored.

Vinci stole £500 of me. Avoid.

Vinci robbed me £500 (deposit paid) and refused to give it back after their main surgeon quit the business (Amanda).

All the reviews you see which are really positive mention Amanda by name, but she has now left and their ‘new’ lead surgeon is infact a consultant for various businesses with no review yet having done 15k surgeries, this is astonishing.

Refused to refund deposit after booking in directly with Amanda based on her experience and reviews. Avoid at all costs.
