Dr. Serkan Aygin | Doku

Had my transplant at this clinic in 2021 during the craziness of the pandemic. Flew from Canada which wasn’t cheap. Saw Dr. Serkan for 5 minutes then never saw him again. It was his technicians that work on you. Cant say that all of my experience was bad but of course the begging is always good when they want your money. So everything went ok while I was there but then again cant really compare to any other clinic because this is the only clinic I’ve ever gone to. So came back home and followed everything they told me to do, take Finasteride, take their hair vitamins and serum, and shampoo and after serum is finished start taking minoxidil to protect the other hair. Followed directions to a T. Procedure was to take photo’s every 3 months and send it in to show progress witch I did of course. From day one I was always expressing my concern that the crown area was not filling in and was always told not to worry that it would take 18 months to fully see the results. So for 18 months I waited worried. 18 months go by and nothing, the hair on the crown didn’t take or they didn’t put enough graphs on the crown. Now I see that its their tactic to get you to come back, I see that now. But I wasn’t really worried about having to go back except for having to pay for another flight and going through excruciating pain again because I was told that this procedure was guarantee for life or if I wasn’t satisficed with the procedure. Well let me tell you their GUARENTEE is Bullshit. Its a selling tactic, theirs no such thing. After months of trying to get a hold of someone, cause the turn around of employees there is crazy, someone finally got back to me and gave me excuses that I didn’t follow procedures they told me or that the hair I had there before fell out, witch is falls because I was complaining about that from day one. So their solution is for me to go for a second session (of course) and pay almost double what I paid the first time, WHAT A JOKE!!. So yes I DO NOT RECOMED THIS CLINIC. Their after care is terrible and their guarantee is a big lie. Before I booked I read the reviews and they seemed to be pretty good but now I’ve read that most of their good reviews are bought or they do it themselves. Don’t take my word for it, search top ten clinic in turkey they don’t even show up in the search. There are other better and cheaper places you can go to that if you have issues they will stand by their work or guarantee. Now I know after I post this they will reply with sorry for your experience and that its because of something I did wrong or hereditary reasons or blah, blah, blah, just like I read in other reviews and to contact them to solve this issue. Do your research, there are better places to go to.

The doctor does not speak English. Translator try’s to interpret I wrong sentences. procedures and done by little girls. And doctor is now are to be seen.

This procedure – from the start of the consultation until the end with the aftercare – has been amazing! I’m amazed by how lovely and helpful the staff has been to me, which has made me feel very safe during the entire procedure. It has now been 6 months since the last treatment and I’m so happy with how my hair has turned out.

So far so good. The treatment has really worked for me, it seems. The treatment was completely painless, thanks to the expertise of my doctor. Would recommend going here to anyone doubting what clinic to go to.

Tras un buen resultado inicial y habiendo pasado solo tres años, la densidad por caída constante de la zona trasplantada, disminuye a la tercera parte. He seguido concienzudamente el tratamiento indicado de dutasterida y minoxidil y no ha servido de nada. Implícitamente me reconocen que tras un año el resultado es excepcional y ahora me dicen que no me ve tan mal…

esperienza nel complesso buona. speravo in una maggiore copertura ma dicono che occorre secondo intervento per migliorare l’area. attenzione l’intervento non è indolore (questa la mia esperienza) In ogni caso, a distanza di tempo , in tutta onestà … lo rifarei. ti cambia la vita.

Troppa confusione, il dott. Serkan non si vede mai. Ci sono una decina di equipe fatte da giovani donne che, durante l’operazione, chiacchierano come se fossero dal parrucchiere.

Non capita spesso,ma è giusto che venga detto. Da dove iniziare, una volta che contatterete la clinica, sarete messi a conoscenza, di ciò che si potrà fare nella situazione in cui ci si trova, tramite foto richieste per la valutazione. Una volta accettato non dovrete occuparvi di nulla, perché verrà tutto gestito dalla clinica. Vi organizzeranno il volo (chiedendovi due città di preferenza) vi invieranno le conferme dell’hotel in cui soggiornerete 3 notti (totale 4 giorni) e sarete accompagnati dal momento in cui arriverete all’aeroporto di Istanbul. Ci sarà un interprete che potrà aiutarvi a parlare con i vari team di medici con cui avrete il piacere di relazionarvi. Esami rapidi, informazioni sullo stato di salute, e si organizza l’intervento valutando direttamente con l’illustre Dr. Serkan. Il giorno prefissato, verrete accompagnati in sala e avrà inizio la magia.
Questa era la parte burocratica.. ci tengo molto a chiarire che il tutto è contornato da una professionalità, una impeccabile gestione e una grande premura che personalmente non darei per scontato.
Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere medici professionisti con passione, occhio al dettaglio e con voglia di poter dare l’effetto migliore possibile in base alla situazione personale del paziente in modo da sentirsi liberi di affidarsi senza porsi troppe domande, rendendo l’esperienza unica, sicura e completa.
Una volta effettuata l’operazione, dopo tutte le varie accortezze post trapianto, il giorno dopo avverà la medicazione, alcuni trattamenti inclusi, e la possibilità di acquistare dei prodotti per la corretta cura e mantenimento del risultato ottenuto.
Infine, oltre alla sezione dedicata ai capelli, è possibile trovare tutta un’area riservata all’estetica, con molti trattamenti e interventi che potrete valutare eventualmente in base alle vostre esigenze.
Concludo dicendo che, nel modo piu assoluto, mi sento di consigliare di affidarsi alla profonda esperienza del Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic e di tutto lo staff, e della clinica Doku per migliorare il lato estetico, e non solo.
Piccola parentesi, si può trovare anche il tempo di fare il turista, quindi si può sicuramente considerare un viaggio doppio. Grazie a presto.
